This Privacy Policy (“Policy” here in) applies to any service provided by Logic Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, or “Company” herein) and our mobile apps, Alexa skills, website, or other platforms (collectively the “Services” herein) describes the information we collect from our user of our Services (a “user”, “you” or “your” herein), including information that may be used to personally identify you (“Personal Information” herein) and how we use it. Please read the details below. This Policy applies to any visitor or user of our Services. We will control your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with, our Services.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. In case of any modifications, we will notify you by sending an email to the specified email address in our records or by a prominent notice on our website. What Information Do We Collect?

- On mobile devices, based on the settings, your device will share your location information.
How Do We Use The Information We Collect?
We use the collected information to:

- share information about confirmations, invoices, technical issues, updates, security alerts, and administrative and support messages.

You are responsible to keep your membership details on our Services confidential. For security purposes we only provide access by the same email address you registered; we may need to verify your identity before making any changes. We will try to comply with your request in a reasonably timely manner. If you choose to permanently delete all your Personal Information, then your user account may become deactivated. You can also cancel your account and the Personal Information about you will be deleted as soon as it’s practical and in accordance with the law. We may store anonymized versions of the information or aggregated from in backup copies or archives as required to record retention obligations and legal requirements. For legal or legitimate business purposes we may retain an archived copy of your records.

Do Not Track Signals

Children Under 18
In some applications we prohibit the use of our Services for children under age of 18. All other Services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not collect any Personal Information about them. Marketing by Third Party
We currently do not share your Personal Information with third parties for advertising and marketing without your consent.
If You Are Located Outside of the United States
We are based in the United States of America and we comply with all the applicable federal and legal rules. We control the Services from the United States and your use of Services doesn’t subject us to the laws and jurisdiction of any other country, state, or territory other than that of the United States. We may store and process your information in any other country where we have facilities and by using the Service you consent to this transfer of information to the countries outside of your country of residence. These countries might have different rules and regulations from your country and in certain circumstances law enforcement agencies, courts, and regulatory agencies in those countries might be entitled to access to your Personal Information.
