What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Your privacy is of top most importance to us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy” here in) applies to any service provided by Logic Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, or “Company” herein) and our mobile apps, Alexa skills, website, or other platforms (collectively the “Services” herein) describes the information we collect from our user of our Services (a “user”, “you” or “your” herein), including information that may be used to personally identify you (“Personal Information” herein) and how we use it. Please read the details below. This Policy applies to any visitor or user of our Services. We will control your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with, our Services.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. In case of any modifications, we will notify you by sending an email to the specified email address in our records or by a prominent notice on our website. Significant effects will take effect only after 30 days from the notification. Non-material changes will go into effect immediately. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect only the Personal Information about you under lawful bases. Lawful bases include consent (where you have given), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you) and “legitimate interests”. 

We collect information that you gave us when you accessed or used our Services, or contacted us, voluntarily submitted information, and information about the use of the Service. Specifically, the following:

  • Your interest protocol address (i.e. IP address) and your unique mobile device ID if you used it for accessing the Service and non-email authentication information.
  • Your name, email, zip code, location, phone number, profile picture, your written and audio communications, to in-game questions, such as Alexa or other surveys, the contact information of your representative, social media information shared with us.
  • Financial transactions and details for your participates on the Service, including amount, currency, and method of payment,
  • Device and browser information and similar information collected through cookies, pixel tags, web beacons and other common digital technologies.
  • On mobile devices, based on the settings, your device will share your location information.

How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

We use the collected information to:

  • aggregate and analyze user information with other Personal Information.
  • verify information for accuracy and updating our records.
  • share information about confirmations, invoices, technical issues, updates, security alerts, and administrative and support messages.
  • improve the Service and user experience and deliver it,
  • prevent, deter, investigate, and protect, against illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities.
  • communicate with you using email, text message, or other messaging systems, with updates and information about the Service and us.
  • analyze the use of the Service with tools such as Google Analytics and other tracking tools that helps us to understand usage behavior and fix the problems with the Service.

Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We do not sell, share, rent your Personal Information with other people or non-affiliated third parties except with your consent or for necessary information to complete transactions or to provide services authorized or requested.

We might store Personal Information such as name, family name, email addresses, phone numbers, zip code, address, profile picture, social media account information (e.g. Google, Facebook), survey responses and any information that is necessary to enable us to deliver our Service efficiently and effectively. We may also transfer your Personal Information to a third party in case of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or similar transactions, when required by law or in response to legal processes, to maintain the security of the Services and to protect the property and rights of our Company. How Do We Use Tracking Technologies?

How Do We Secure Your Personal Information?

We take security and privacy seriously and take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information against unlawful and unauthorized access, modifications, disclosure, misuse, or destruction. However, no digital storage or transformation system is completely secure. You also need to take necessary steps to protect your Personal Information. You are responsible to keep your membership details on our Services confidential. Your password protects access to your account, therefore please do not share your password and log out of the Service after each use. We implement certain security measures to protect your Personal Information using encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer technology. However, nothing on the web guarantees 100% security and by using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

Your Options In Regard to Personal Information 

You have many options in regard to use of your Personal Information on our Service:

  • You can ask a copy of your Personal Information your provided in machine readable format by emailing us at suppor@logiclabs.ai
  • You can opt-out from any email communication and advertising. For instructions please follow the opt-out instructions, such as clicking “Unsubscribe” (or similar opt-out language) in our communications. You can also contact us at support@logiclabs.com to opt out. Despite your preferences, we may send you service related communications such as updates to terms of service or privacy policy as well as updates and security notifications.
  • You can delete or change your personal information in your account by contacting suppor@logiclabs.ai or by accessing your user profit. For security purposes we only provide access by the same email address you registered; we may need to verify your identity before making any changes. We will try to comply with your request in a reasonably timely manner. If you choose to permanently delete all your Personal Information, then your user account may become deactivated. You can also cancel your account and the Personal Information about you will be deleted as soon as it’s practical and in accordance with the law. We may store anonymized versions of the information or aggregated from in backup copies or archives as required to record retention obligations and legal requirements. For legal or legitimate business purposes we may retain an archived copy of your records.

By using the Services you agree that we will not be accountable for any damage or loss, caused by your use or reliance on materials, products, advertising, on or available on these third party websites.

Do Not Track Signals

Children Under 18

In some applications we prohibit the use of our Services for children under age of 18. All other Services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not collect any Personal Information about them. If you know of any incident of unknowingly collecting Personal Information from someone in that age range, please contact us immediately at support@logiclabs.ai and the information will be deleted.

Marketing by Third Party

We currently do not share your Personal Information with third parties for advertising and marketing without your consent. 

If You Are Located Outside of the United States

We are based in the United States of America and we comply with all the applicable federal and legal rules. We control the Services from the United States and your use of Services doesn’t subject us to the laws and jurisdiction of any other country, state, or territory other than that of the United States. We may store and process your information in any other country where we have facilities and by using the Service you consent to this transfer of information to the countries outside of your country of residence. These countries might have different rules and regulations from your country and in certain circumstances law enforcement agencies, courts, and regulatory agencies in those countries might be entitled to access to your Personal Information.
